“us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Our website offers nikasil plating services for engine
components. By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate
and complete information about your engine components and to follow the
instructions provided for shipping.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and
availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at
its discretion.

Payment: Payment for services must be made in full at the
time of placing the order. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping their
engine components to our designated address as provided during the ordering
process. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer to our location, we will ship the completed components back to you.

Delivery: The Company will make reasonable efforts to
complete the nikasil plating service within the agreed-upon timeframe. However,
we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Warranty

Limited Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on our
nikasil plating services. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting
from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the nikasil
plating service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or if the
Company is unable to fulfill the order.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our services,
returns are generally not accepted. However, if you believe there is an issue
with the plating, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your
components.

7. Intellectual Property

Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and service marks
displayed on our website are the property of the Company. You are not permitted
to use these without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way
