Strip, Plate, Hone
Aluminum Cylinders- Remove existing plating, replace with NSC plating and hone to the proper size and surface finish.
Additional Services Breakdown:
Weld/Machine
Aluminum Cylinders- Weld and damage (gouges, cracks, detonation, etc) to aluminum castings prior to replating with NSC.
Overbore
Aluminum Cylinders- Bore the casting for a larger displacement prior to NSC plating.
Stud Removal
Remove head and exhaust studs from cylinders prior to processing.
Powervalve Removal
Remove the powervalve from 2 stroke cylinders prior to processing.
Trim Powervalve
Relieve the powervalve so it does not protrude into the bore and interfere with the piston on big bore 2 stroke applications.
